SHIPPING

Flatiron Workshop offers free shipping on all US orders (not including shipping to Hawaii and Alaska. Please contact flatironworkshop@gmail.com for shipping to these states)

Once an order is placed it cannot be canceled

Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and verification

To protect our customers, Flatiron Workshop is unable to change/intercept the shipping address of a package to alter its delivery, we will only ship to the address provided at checkout

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen shipments. However, if your package does not arrive please contact flatironworkshop@gmail.com to initiate a USPS Claim.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products. However, since computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are shipped
